GUARANTEED MAINTENANCE SERVICE

OF AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT

IFB NO. HTH 430-01-10

The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division /Hawaii State Hospital, is seeking offers for Guaranteed Maintenance Service of Air Conditioning Equipment for Hawaii State Hospital. The contract term will be from May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011.

Offers will be received up to and opened at 2:00 p.m. (HST) on November 30, 2009. Offers received after the submittal deadline shall be considered late and rejected. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

The deadline for submission of written inquiry is 2:00 p.m. (HST) on November 20, 2009. All written questions received by the deadline shall be responded to.
