Qualifying Nonprofit Organizations

 

Invitation to Participate in SPO Programs Available to Qualifying Nonprofits (pdf)

The State Procurement Office (SPO)  has three programs available to qualifying nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations and invites your participation.  Click on each program to learn more.

Excess State Property Donation Program

State agencies may donate excess property to eligible nonprofits.

Surplus Property

Eligible nonprofits may participate in a property disposal program allowing reutilization of State and Federal surplus property.

Cooperative Purchasing Program

Eligible nonprofits may purchase items from the SPO Price/Vendor lists.
