*Please note:  As the POST has served as an important forum for examining new ideas and processes for procurement and contracting of health and human services, the SPO has taken the liberty of inviting the Subcommittee to present their recommendations to the POST.  This subcommittee, made up of private provider representation and state agency personnel, will make a presentation on recommendations for contracting and payment options to help relieve the financial burden on many providers that was increased by the aftermath of September 11^th.  The presentation was sent to all POST members for review prior to the meeting to facilitate input at the meeting.  It will be the first item on the agenda, and time permitting, we will continue with the other items on the agenda.  The meeting will not go beyond 4:00 P.M.
