    Post members shared their experiences with RFIs and best practices.

  4. Proposed Changes to the RFP Template
    A draft of sections 2, 3, and 4 (Service Specifications, Proposal Application Instructions, and proposal Evaluation)  was distributed, reviewed and discussed.  There were no objections.  A final version will be available on the SPO website upon completion.  Section 1 will also have some minor revisions for clarity.

  5. Posting RFPs online
    An update of placing RFPs online was given.  The browser-based posting mechanism is in final review and  Procurement Circular No. 2004-04 will be issued shortly.  Effective October 1, 2004, state agencies will be required to post RFPs for health and human services to the RFP website.   Addenda will be posted as well.  An archive of closed RFPs will also be available for planning purposes.  State agencies have been posting RFPs on a voluntary basis.

  6. Report of Planned Purchases - Draft
    A draft of the reported data was distributed. POST members were asked to provide any corrections by COB on 8/12/04.  The final Report of Planned Purchases (Adobe Acrobat) is now available.
