The purpose of this timeline is to plan and coordinate the request for proposals (RFP) process among state purchasing agencies for contracts effective on or after July 1, 2005.

Exceptions to the Timeline: 
Due to the large volume of RFP's/Proposals and varying requirements of federal funding sources the following purchasing agencies will be issuing RFP's at different times so that contracts may be executed in a timely manner:
