RFPs (Requests for Proposals)

The Report of Planned Purchases of Health and Human Services contains a listing of numerous health and human services that State agencies plan to contract with private providers. The purpose of the report is to provide potential applicants and interested parties with advance notice of opportunities to: 1) submit proposals; and 2) participate in State agency community planning activities. The report is also a planning tool for State agencies to plan and coordinate their procurement and contracting efforts.

The report contains 228 potential procurements totaling $467 million for contracts through June 2008. Each procurement includes service title, geographic location, target population, public notice date, contract term, funding amount and contact information. Procurements are listed by Department and Division or Administrative Attached Office.

We encourage your participation in the State agencies community planning activities, such as requests for information (RFI). Notices of RFI are announced on the State Procurement Office (SPO) procurement notices website. More information including estimated timelines for community planning activities is available through the contact person listed in the report.

This report is a planning document, and as such, anticipated solicitations are subject to revisions as needs and funding priorities change. Please check the SPO procurement notices and requests for proposals websites regularly to keep apprised of opportunities to compete for contracts.
