Procurement Office is no Longer Required Prior to Submitting Proposals in
Response to Requests for Proposals

The List of Registered Private Providers will be maintained until all RFPs issued prior to January 23, 2006 are closed.
The State Procurement Office will maintain a list of private providers interested in contracting with the state to provide health and human services.This list should not be confused with the "Treatment List of Qualified Providers."
Being on this list does not assure a contract but lets state agencies and other interested parties know private providers that are interested in contracting to provide health and human services.
For State Agencies: State agencies should check the DCCA business registration website. If a provider is not in good standing, State agencies should not contract with the provider until they are in good standing.
