Effective June 1, 2005, state agencies shall report
all purchases of health and human services on the Contracts Database
Reporting System (CDRS) pursuant to SPO Procurement Circular 2005-02.
The CDRS will:
Pursuant to Procurement Circular 2005-02, all contracts active during the period July 1, 2004 through May 30, 2005 shall be reported on the CDRS by June 6, 2005. Thereafter all contracts shall be reported within 5 working days of execution. Contract Amendments (Supplemental Agreements) must also be reported on the CDRS within 5 working days of execution. Funds expended shall be reported at the end of each fiscal year and upon close of the contract. Please see the CDRS Handbook for deadlines and more details. Training sessions were conducted in May and June 2005. If you missed them you may sign up to be placed on the wait list for the next training session. When there are enough people we will schedule additional sessions. The CDRS Handbook is in PDF. Note that it is a large file. (1.4 mgs.) Be sure to download before opening (right click and choose 'save target as'). You may also download the CDRS worksheet, also in PDF and fillable. This database begins with FY 2005. The database may be searched by department, division, fiscal year, geographic area, target population, service, and provider. The CDRS was developed with the assistance of the Information and Communication Services Division, Department of Accounting and General Services. We appreciate their help.
