Special Population Served

These special populations have been identified by state agencies. Not all contracts will serve a special population. Some contracts serve more than one special population.

N Youth who are, or may be eligible for special education or under Section 504, in need of mental health services to benefit from their educational program (Felix Consent Decree)

Q Homeless individuals/families without a permanent residence
R Pregnant women or women with young children
S Individuals/families in need of mediation services
