The Treatment List of Qualified Private Providers (updated 2/06)
Effective 1/23/06 registration with the State Procurement Office is no longer required. Applicants must be in compliance with Hawaii State Laws. State law requires business entities doing business in Hawaii to be registered with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA).
