  To streamline the procurement process, this template is designed for use when when services are clearly defined  and evaluation is based on qualifications and price.  This template may be used for such services as physician, nursing, dentistry, psychiatric assessment, etc.

If you do not have a password for any of the above sites, you may click here, complete the form and submit.  We will send you an e-mail when your password has been created.

• If your agency currently has a login ID and password for the Procurement Notices System (PNS) or  professional services website,  the same login ID and password may be used but you still need to request to activate the password for the RFPW or CDRS.  Complete the form and submit.

Workshop Schedule

The SPO Procurement Training page has upcoming workshops, for both Chapter 103D and 103F including course descriptions and on-line registration.  For Chapter 103F, registration will be conducted beginning approximately one month prior to the workshop.
