This training was
an introductory session for departmental staff who will be involved in
planning for, or determining the departmental structure for HePS and
included: Brief overview of HePS; Establishing the
departmental planning process and HePS structure; and Details of the
departmental system administrator responsibilities.
Executive departments
were invited to send 3 staff to attend the introductory session. It
was recommended that the administrative services
officer, or designee, be included as one of the attendees.
