This workshop, designed for state agency personnel who plan, procure and contract for health and human services covered procedures from the completion of proposal evaluation through execution of a contract.  Topics included:  Notice of award, protest procedures, allowable contract negotiations, developing a good contract, expediting procedures so contracts are executed in a timely manner.
