This workshop provided an overview of how to procure health and human services pursuant to Chapter 103F, HRS. It was designed for 1) state agency personnel new to procurement of health and human services; 2) county agency personnel wishing to learn about procurement pursuant to this chapter; and 3) state personnel in need of a review of the basics.
