This workshop for state purchasing agency staff was designed to provide the basic tools for developing an RFP including an overview of the planning process and timeline for an RFP, the RFP template, overview of administrative rule changes as they relate to the RFP process, requirements for public notice of an RFP, and a brief review of addenda.
