This list ordered by session and last name. 

The number of workstations available is limited.  If your confirmation status is listed as "classFilled", the class is filled and you are not confirmed.  See What does the confirmation mean below.

Basic user workshops will be scheduled once every 4-8 weeks, as needed. Check back for more dates.
Registration for class will begin the previous month.

Your login ID/password will be assigned to you by your HePS system administrator by COB the day prior to class.  You will get an e-mail from the HePS system (administrator@sicomm.net)

Note: All mandatory information will be covered in training.  There are options included in the guide that will not be covered in class due to time constraints.

 What does the confirmation field mean?

classFilled= the class was filled by the time the person registered and they are not confirmed.

Pending= A seat is reserved and will be confirmed when the departmental system administrator confirms that the person can take the workshop.
(Note that the list is not sent to the departmental system administrator until about a week before the workshop.) If the department system administrator does not respond, the person may attend the workshop and will be given a temporary login/password that will be usable only at the training.

Cancelled= the person or someone representing the person has cancelled the person from the workshop.
