These workshops are for state and county personnel involved in procuring goods, services or construction pursuant to Chapter 103D, HRS. 

 
Check the SPO training site prior to class date for changes/cancellations.
Workshop handouts will be available on the SPO training website prior to the session.  Print it and bring it with you.
