Required: Any staff procuring on HePS must also attend the SPO class, Small Purchases and HePS. (If you have not attended the Small Purchases and HePS classes offered fall/winter 2007, you must attend the next class.)
HePS Basic Buyer training is open to state purchasing personnel approved by HePS system administrators. Seating is limited. Lists of those who have registered will be sent to system administrators for verification of permission for access to HePS about 2 weeks prior to class. Check back here to verify if you have been approved and confirmed for your session. Note that your seat will be reserved pending confirmation from your HePS system administrator. Confirmation by system administrators is required only for basic training. Other confirmations will be based on seat availability and compliance with prerequisites.

The Reference Manual for Buyers (pdf 2.7 mg)
Your login ID/password. (For the basics class your login ID/password will be assigned to you by your HePS system administrator by COB the day prior to class. You will get an e-mail from the HePS system (administrator@sicomm.net)
Note: Class on June 4 will be held at a different location. Kinau Hale, 1250 Punchbowl St., Basement- HISO. This is a smaller room and seating is limited to 12.
